“I came from NYC to train with Rick. I had suffered a spinal injury and with the help of Rick i am so much stronger and live in less pain. It’s amazing what Pilates can do for injuries and I strongly suggest it to anyone with an orthopedic issue. It’s safe, gentle and you are in safe hands with Rick!”
