These folks did 110% by me. Responsive in an emergency and great follow-up to complete the job. Second time using them for a furnace problem and both experiences were great. John is the man! Friendly and knows his stuff.

Jake came on a Sunday 4pm on relatively short notice although he was busy. He took time to understand the problem with our furnace and changed the ignition and fixed the problem. We have heat again. He charged fair price and didn’t hike up the price because this is after hours or something. He is nice friendly and expert at this work.

You can stop shopping around! These are your guys!Had our 24 year old+ furnace not start up when we fired it up for the first time this fall. First few companies we called told us they couldn't even give us a time to come out until the next day. Meanwhile, New Era arrived within 30 minutes of our call and it fixed was within 30 minutes of them arriving, and cleaned out system to boot!Really impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism! Incredibly friendly and personable as well! Loves dogs and ours loved him too!Price was fair and competitive!We will definitely be using them for any issues (and eventual replacement) in the future with our heating and cooling!
