It has taken me a long time to write this post, but I feel I owe it to pet parents to warn them about this vet office. My skittish 9yr old chinchilla was mysteriously bleeding, so we brought her in to see Dr. Sunny Pan. She took her in the back to examine her and when an assistant came back into the room she asked permission to use pictures of her on their social media (apparently they were all taking turns photographing themselves with her). Anyone who has owned a chinchilla knows that they're easily stressed out so I was very uncomfortable that they were in the back passing her around, especially when she was ill.

They then told me she would need some testing to discover the source of the bleeding and that we could schedule those tests for a later date. They also mentioned that when we brought her back for testing, they would trim her teeth while she was under sedation (standard practice for rodents whose teeth keep growing). We agreed to bring her back for testing and the assistant left room.

We waited for what felt like an eternity only for Dr. Sunny Pan to come back into the room holding her lifeless body. Apparently they had performed the tooth trim without sedation and it had stressed her out so badly that she died in their arms. I cannot describe the feeling of bringing her in to get help only to have her die because the vet performed an unauthorized procedure on a sick animal. And these vets are supposed to be exotic animal vets and they should absolutely understand the delicate constitution of these animals. My heart is still broken from this experience. This wasn't a fluke. It was a direct result of their unprofessional behavior and their lack of knowledge of chinchillas.

Please, if you have an exotic animal (chinchilla, hedgehog, rabbit or bird), do not bring them here!

We’ve been coming here for 16 years. We usually see Dr Albert, who is great. Love all the vet assistants as well. We have both cats and dogs.

Dr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.

I have an African Grey Georgie who suddenly fell sick. I contacted All Creatures Animal Hospital and was allowed to bring him in the same day. The care he and I both received from the doctor and staff was amazing. They are knowledgeable, sympathetic and we’re very loving towards him. I got there not sure if he would make it because of how sick he was. They took such good care of him and explained in great detail what was going on. Georgie is home slowly getting better and I owe it all to them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for great care.

They are very compassionate about your loved pets. Very knowledgeable and will take time with you and not rush out the room. I would highly recommend you take your loved ones here for all of their needs and care.

The vet continued to call my dog a boy and did not fully understand my concerns. Usually, I have top notch service and the most caring, supportive, and loving care , but this was the worst appointment in eight years.

Highly recommend against bringing ferrets here. We were referred here when we couldn't get an appointment with our normal vet & needed to see someone quickly. On the positive side, they got us an appointment in a few days & so we drove over an hour to get here.

The vet we saw was in a rush to get us out of the exam room and very dismissive of our concerns. She quite literally told us to go join a Facebook group and ask for medical advice there instead, then just let her know what we did. Overall, a lot of our concerns with our male ferret were met with "I don't see anything so he's fine".

For the one thing she was willing to address, she told us to give our ferret an over-the-counter medication. However, the dosage seemed high, so we didn't follow the advice. When we finally got an appointment with our normal vet, it turns out we had been given a dose that was more than 5 times what a ferret should get!!

Honestly I'm just upset. As many places have recommended us to come here for ferrets, I can't imagine trusting them for even minor issues. The impression we got from the vet was that she didn't know what she was doing, didn't care, and just wanted to push us out. Needless to say, we won't be bringing any of our pets back here - and I can't recommend this place to anyone.
