Great communication. Sent a message a week before the job was gonna start to let us know the job date. Couple days before the start date Sergio sent a message with the details for that day, they were spot on. Dumpster day before, two guys at 6:45, two more at 7:30, materials delivered between 9 & 10, two more when materials were delivered. Pretty impressed with his timing. Stripped, couple pieces of sheathing, new felt paper, new drip edge and shingled all in a day, well about a 12 hour day. Did a final walk through when they were done. Highly recommend, they did a fantastic job. Hard to find that in today's world.
