specifically though, Elizabeth at JP Energies, through Inner Balance is truly amazing. I was honestly hesitant about Reiki going in, but the experience has been incredibly grounding and healing. Elizabeth immediately puts you at ease, and what I appreciate most is that she meets you exactly where you are—religiously, spiritually, or not at all. As a Christian, I never felt awkward or pressured in any way. Her focus is simply on helping your body heal.

I know it might sound strange, but hours after a session I can still feel where her hands rested on my shoulders. I’ve come to understand that as energy—and it’s powerful. Every time I leave, both my body and my spirit feel calmer, more balanced, and in a better place. I can’t recommend her enough.“
