City of Dunkirk admittedly caused a sewer backup into our basement. Malcolm and Chris came that Friday evening and spent several hours cleaning and sanitizing the area. Malcolm then returned for another three days to ensure it was thoroughly completed. He even gave general cleaning instructions and advice.
