“They take care of their customers, they have taken care of me for almost 3 years. Once, when I was late due to forgetting about the bill, they were forgiving and just asked for the cost when I showed up months later. It wasn’t that I was avoiding the bill, I just forgot and a bill wasn’t sent.
I had one slight issue where I wasn’t scheduled in because they were booked out for weeks and forgot to pencil me in. After calling once a couple weeks later, I was immediately fit in as available. I called around the time they told me I would be serviced and they took care of me within a couple days. There was no discussion, it was just “you promised this” and they honored their promise!“
