Jacob was an honest and fair inspector. My septic system was failed by another company who quoted an extremely costly replacement. Jacob identified the root problem instead of suggesting a whole system replacement that saved us thousands of dollars. A-1 septic is honest and fair and do not rip off customers! Highly recommended!

This company is great! Jacob came out to pump our septic tank for the first time since we bought our house. The riser/cover was put on by another company about 5 years ago. When he opened up the tank it was at the wrong end of the septic tank for pumping. He was patient and transparent and explained what was done incorrectly and what issues could arise if not corrected. I really appreciated his help! A1 has my business moving forward. Thank you. Jacob and Rebecca were so kind and helpful. (btw we did get a hold of the initial company who put in the riser and cover and they will be fixing their mistake after arguing that they know what they are doing etc.)
