After getting a septic inspection prior to buying our home (performed by Rotterdam Septic), we were told we needed to replace the entire system in part because we only had a 500 gallon tank. A-1 was called in to provide a second opinion after Rotterdam kept us in the wind despite us asking them to do the work for the quote provided. When A-1 came to pump our tank (on a holiday no less) prior to the start of the work they discovered we had a 1000 gallon tank that did not need to be replaced. We simply needed our main line snaked, and to have a drywall put in for excess water/liquid waste. The system has been working perfectly since, and they saved us thousands of dollars. They had already ordered a 1000 gallon tank. Being the tremendous customer friendly business they are, they didn’t force us to use the tank they had purchased. They did right by us. I will always recommend them (and use them myself) in the future.
Have had this company several years. They may be a little more expensive than other companies, but i have no complaints with the techs who do seem knowledgeable or the company itself. They take time to make sure my A/C and furnace are working properly.
