I have Parkinsons and also have a pacemaker. I can no longer carry 40lb bags of wood pellets into my home for my wood pellet stove.
Shane went above and beyond to ensure I had smaller manageable bags..23lbs, even though I was late in the season to order this size.. I am able to bring these bags in and the type of pellets seem to be burning more cleanly than the popular brands, such as barefoot.
Shane not only stepped up to the plate but followed through with every promise..making sure I got the pellets in less than 2 weeks of notifying him. I highly recommend doing business with Shane. THANK YOU SHANE!
