Mike did an excellent job refinishing a damaged floor for me. His work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.

First job I had done by him was excellent work. But second job I had done by him was unsatisfactory. I had a agreement with this contractor. There's was a miscommunication in The way the payment was going to happen.Job is running fine up to the final day. When he insisted on having cash which was not agreed-upon for the final payment and leaving the money there without looking at the job first to see if done by my satisfaction.I did pay the contractor by check in the past. I did finally agreed to pay him in cash instead he walked off the job and left it unfinished. He also left a large gouge in my floor. That wasn't there.
