I recently moved to this area and was looking for a good nail salon to use for a pedi/mani. I had asked neighbors and family who told me not to go to the Nail Plus & Spa because the establishment was dirty, and they didn't sanitize the instruments. I was hesitant to go there but I thought I'd find out for myself. I spoke to Mimi about what I heard and said I'd give them a chance. I did not have any issues. I only hope others will give them a chance and their old customers come back to the Salon.

I had a gel pedicure with the young lady after 3 days it came off and I understand it's normal, it usually happens but I spoke to them and they very kindly told me to come back and they would fix it and that's what happened. The owner did it and well, that's my experience in this regard, they are very kind people and they understand what happened and with respect and communication, people understand each other and that's what we should all do as human beings, respect if we want to be respected and know how to express ourselves to receive the same back.

Overall great for the price not even gonna lie… the man working there is really nice and kind he really tries his best, my friend had the woman working do their nails and she was so speedy with the acrylics and the application looked great. A little unsanitary, the nail designs are kind of sloppy but still cute :)
