BEST was recommended to us by an acquaintance who had hired them to remediate a mold situation in their home. Dwayne returned my call within moments, explained the basics to me over the phone, and scheduled a visit to give an assessment within a couple days. Once at our home, Dwayne carefully examined the space - I explained that I had been using the space for recording music, so had sensitive equipment to consider. We used BEST for mold remediation in the attic of our home and garage. They did a fantastic job. They are extremely reliable and professional. We set up a time for them to come for the estimate, they were right on time. The price we received was extremely reasonable. We set up a time for them to come and do the work. Again, they showed up each day on time. We have never worked with a company that is as professional as BEST. We highly recommend them.

The BEST team is just that. They did an incredible job at what we hired them to do (mold) but they certainly went above and beyond too. They responded to text, emails, phone calls at all days and times we had questions. They were kind, professional and over all just the kind of people you want to work with. I would give 6 stars if I could.
