They are described as the best, demonstrating integrity, a strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. The crew is extremely reliable, consistently showing up on time for estimates and work. They provide extremely reasonable prices and do a fantastic job. The service is exceptionally informative and knowledgeable, with a refreshingly upfront, honest, and down-to-earth demeanor. They are respectful, generous with time and expertise, and carefully examine each space to figure out the best route for alleviating mold problems, even offering helpful alternative solutions.
BEST was recommended to us by an acquaintance who had hired them to remediate a mold situation in their home. Dwayne returned my call within moments, explained the basics to me over the phone, and scheduled a visit to give an assessment within a couple days. Once at our home, Dwayne carefully examined the space - I explained that I had been using the space for recording music, so had sensitive equipment to consider. We found Dwayne to be exceptionally informative and knowledgeable, while respectufly explaining and making suggestions to help us figure out the best route for alleviating the mold problem. He was generous with his time and expertise. Though the space under consideration is not worth the work and expense it would take to remediate the mold issue, he suggested ways to save my equipment, and provided alternative solutions for me. I would highly recommend Dwayne - his demeanor and work ethic is refreshingly upfront, honest and down to earth, and I would not hesitate to call him for any future concerns.
We had mold in my parents basement. Dwayne and his crew came in and did a fantastic job of removing it. The basement looks like new not even a cobweb in sight. I would highly recommend them.
