Raymond Opticians is a great company. Customers have been using this location for years and have never had an issue. The staff is extremely pleasant, professional, helpful, and nice. They are an asset to the location. They help with prescriptions, fitting lenses into new frames, and teaching how to use contacts. They take the time needed so customers never feel rushed or under a time crunch. They really care about helping people and provide quick, professional service.

Ann (at the Tarrytown location) was extremely pleasant and helpful with fitting my prescription lenses into new frames from a badly damaged pair. Raymond Opticians is a great company.

I've been going to this location for years and Ann is always extremely helpful and one of the nicest people you'll meet! She helped me learn how to put contacts in and spent the time I needed to get it right and I never felt rushed or under a time crunch. She really cares about helping people that come to the store.

I needed to buy my first pair of prescriptive lenses and had gone to 3 different optician stores . I chose Raymond Opticians in Tarrytown because of the customer service I received from Ann. She understood my need for prescriptive lenses made buying them more expensive than I was comfortable with. She helped me find a frame that fit me, that I looked good in and was affordable enough that the entire purchase was somewhat reasonable for me. I greatly appreciated her customer service and, from what I found out later, her experience level. She suggested that I use their optician in the future, which I will!
