Absolutely wonderful with my skittish shih tzu. He's had problems in the past with long stays (8 hours) and unprofessional groomers. I took him to Happy Paws, he was done in about an hour, and was so happy when he left. I highly, highly recommend. Staff was beyond wonderful and polite. We will definitely be regular customers. We love Happy Paws! Our dog always looks amazing after his grooming appt. We can schedule appts within days of calling and prices are very reasonable. Josh, the owner, is professional and takes the time to listen to what exactly we want. We highly recommend Happy Paws!

Finn and I are so happy we found Happy Paws! Josh does an excellent job and is so friendly and professional. Happy Paws is very reasonably priced and the wait time is minimal in comparison to other local groomers. What I really like about this groomer is that he takes the time to ask how you want your dog to look and really adheres to your preferences. I used to pay an obscene amount and wait for 4 or more hours when I lived in the city of Buffalo! Finn and I strongly recommend Happy Paws!
