I reached out to this company atleast twice before they came out and provided a quote. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience ended. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to follow up—both by phone and text—and have received no response at all.
It’s frustrating to have a company come out, take the time to quote a job, and then completely disappear with no communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
I scheduled hood cleaning and fire system inspection services for my restaurant opening. After multiple follow-ups, I was eventually provided a quote and a confirmed appointment date and time.
There were early red flags, including delayed responses, inconsistent communication, and difficulty getting clear confirmation. Despite this, I moved forward in good faith once the appointment was officially scheduled.
On the day I reached out to reconfirm, I was informed that the owner had “personally intervened” and canceled the appointment, stating the decision was final with no option to reschedule.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company for the past 12 years. Frank is extremely professional, they show up when expected, perform their job and clean up afterwards. I've never had an issue getting in touch with them or setting up an appointment.
