We rented a pop corn maker for a church picnic and I gotta say from start to finish the customer service was outstanding! Would absolutely rent from there again, and I highly recommend Taylor True Value Rental to anyone!

We needed a tent and chose Taylor because of the reviews. Best thing we could have ever done! Everyone that we dealt with gave us the most top notch customer service that we have ever received. They all went over and above to meet our needs, from the employees in the store, the guys that set up the tent, to the telephone ladies that answered the phones,If you need their services, use them, you will be happy you did! We were!

I rented a jackhammer from them. I called 2 minutes after they opened and someone answered and helped me right away. I was initially looking at Home Depot but it was $5 more for the same amount of time. Home Depot didn’t include the bits so that was extra plus a $200 deposit. Taylor tool rental everything was included and didn’t charge me a deposit on it. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
