Northeast Mechanical was contracted to design, install and implement a large scale project for an approximately 32,000SqFt office space. The service after the install was unable to solve heating/cooling and zoning issues within a defined area. Workmanship on thermostat location placement and replacement was not professional. Blame was cast on GC having units outside for 6 months after delivery, ( when the units are designed to be placed on rooftops for install.) Final issue was found and resolved after I brought in an independent HVAC contractor (at my cost of approximately $6,700.00 plus damage costs of $6,000.00 to the existing tenant space ) who located problem created... read full review
