Very strange massage by Rose. I'm used to lighter massages but at no point did she put any real pressure even when asked. She used her fingers for most of it and her nails were sharp. She stopped the massage twice to complain about the employer. Once about the sheets they were provided and again to talk about the iPad not working correctly. I'm also very sensitive to smell and when she was talking closely to my face all I could smell was cigarette smoke. Will definitely not be returning.

I am happy with the service. However, not happy with being pushed to purchase products after a facial. This makes me second guess my membership. I refuse to purchase products due to the inflated costs.

Art is my favorite massage therapist at this location! I am on my feet for 10-12 hrs so I drive a little further for a GREAT massage where there is also GREAT customer service as well!!:)
