Disappointed that my physician decided to join this practice. The nurses and those on the phone, that I've experienced, don't know how to pronounce standard medical procedures or names of medication. Walked in the exam room for my most recent appointment and the chair to sit down on was dirty. Only reason I'm writing three stars is because the nurse practitioner was kind and helpful, otherwise 1/5.

Staff is friendly but good luck trying to get an appointment/trying to reach the front desk. I've called 4 times in one day and on hold for 8 + minutes each time and never reached anyone.
