I was traveling and lost a contact lens and Joe was able to give me a replacement. Saved my trip! He was super nice and accommodating! Also, the office is super clean and the folks who work there are very kind.

This was the best experience I have had at an eye doctor. Everybody was extremely friendly and Dr. Whelan was incredibly informative. I was seen almost immediately and got out of there pretty quickly.

I have been going to Eye Care Professionals of Western New York for the last eight years have always had a good experience. My doctor Patti Leonard is phenomenal. She takes the time To listen to my questions and explain things clearly to me. The staff is very friendly, polite, and the gentleman who assisted me in ordering my new glasses this year made my day we had a half hour discussion about the Buffalo Sabres playoffs and a trip down memory lane to the beginning in 1970. I don’t understand all these negative reviews since the new company has taken over. They do have signs up as others have stated they did not change them.
