Brandon was the greatest tech ever including all other businsses that have been to my house. He explained everything he was doing and went over and above what I expected. He made sure we had heat especially since my wife has brain cancer and is always code from her meds. The company wanted him elsewhere. Even though he should listen to his company’s voice he knew the company wants their techs to complete their tasks in the household they are working on at the time. I appreciated that wholeheartedly. He is a credit to Capital Heating and would like him to take care all my Capital Heat problems!!!
From our estimate with Luke through the work with Jacob and his crew we were impressed with knowledge and cleanliness with the installation of our new AC system. The guys even put up with my whining and very sociable dog.
I’ve been a Capital customer for decades and never once have I been disappointed. The customer service and the service calls are always excellent. My most recent appointment to spring tune up the AC was no exception. The service person was Cliff Swab, who was a perfect combination of friendly and professional. Thanks Capital and Cliff.
