Dom listens and cuts your hair the way you ask. He asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed and he did a good job. His hair cutting is high quality and his prices are low - he charges just $10 for a hair cut with no additional charge for eyebrow trimming. I leave a good tip because I know his prices are low. Excellent value.
He is at the 'Delmar Barber Shop' at 276 Delaware Ave, Delmar (located in a building behind Bliss Cafe & Creamery).
