Helen is one of the most detail oriented, patient, and kind optometrists I've ever visited. I was nervous since I hadn't had an exam for a while, but the good doctor has a calming demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. She gave both my boyfriend and I very thorough exams, even though we were late appointment additions and she had to work through her lunch hour to help us. We were astonished to find out that we have the same last name! Apparently no relation though lol!

I have been a long time patient of Franklin Eyewear. I would not consider going anywhere else. Hannah and Helen are professional, compassionate and always helpful whether it is purchasing new Eyewear or questions about my eye health. Thank you for always being consistent and available.

I'm giving Franklin Eyewear 4 stars because from the first phone call to the new glasses I couldn't be happier. I'd give them a 5, but then they'd have to live up to perfection and that's a bit hard. Seriously both Brian and I can see better than we have in a long time, Brian with mono contacts and myself with new lenses. Thank you ladies-well done.
