Super clean super professional. I see the Dr within minutes of the appointed time. They are bulldogs when it comes to fighting for prior authorizations. AND they have appointments within days not months.
Great experience! PA Limes listened to my concerns, answered my questions & explained everything as the examination progressed. She alerted me to areas of possible concern, which were never mentioned in previous appointments with other dermatologists.
I had such a positive experience during my visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the manager, Michele, which immediately made me feel at ease. The medical assistant, Christian, was kind and professional, helping to make the process smooth and comfortable.
Most of all, I want to highlight the exceptional care provided by the physician assistant, Alexa Limes. She was attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. It’s clear she takes the time to listen and truly wants the best for her patients. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality care!
