Excellent customer service , i didn’t show up 2 times and they still treated me kindly when i walked in and had a eye issue and needed an exam , i will be back and thank you for the good customer service
John and Alex were WONDERFUL! What a pleasant experience, they were so courteous and knowledgeable! Helped me pick out frames that were just perfect for me. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. I’m not even joking…. I have been to very many establishments along my journey of life, and this is the best by far. they are all professional, warm, realistic, amazing individuals that give you their honest individual attention which I think is the most valuable in today’s society. I went there today with my husband. We both had appointments.
