About One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® is a company that respects customers, their time, and their trust, backing all work with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for two years and always being on time. Luis went above and beyond anything anticipated, walking in smiling even during a heat wave. He was kind, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail and being patient with questions. Luis arrived early for a planned two-day HVAC replacement of a 20-year-old unit. He and his team completed the takedown and demo, replacing it with new equipment as promised. The old unit and debris were carefully removed, and the home was protected during all work. Joe is a great technician helping the A/C system run better, being professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Tech guys text before coming, and Jose did a great job finding a solution. Jose and Luis were beyond professional, doing a quick and thorough job, polite and friendly even in tight spaces.
Our air conditioning went out, and after two days without AC, we called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded the same day and even moved other appointments around to help us. By the next evening, we had a brand new central air conditioning unit installed. A huge thank you to Alejandro and Brandon for their professionalism, kindness, and hard work throughout the process. We truly appreciate everything they did. Thank the Lord for them! I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.

Luis arrived early on a planned two-day HVAC replacement of a 20 year old unit. He and his team completed the takedown and demo of the dead unit and compressor and replaced it with the new equipment, as promised. On the first sunny and 80° day of the season, our CAC was up and running by the early evening on this two day projected job. The old unit and debris was all carefully removed and carted away and our home was protected during all of the demolition and installation work. Another great job!
