An absolute nightmare. I only came here because a friend had gotten me a gift certificate for my birthday. I asked for what I thought would be a simple design. Black with a soft pink accent nail with a heart on it. I was there for over two hours. The nail tech had to get someone else to help her to paint a simple heart in the center of my nail, after they had initially told me you couldn’t do designs with dip powder. (I’ve gotten it done a few times at another salon) Then she rushed through finishing, didn’t hydrate my cuticles, and let me leave with the powder all over my hands. This is the noisiest "spa" I have ever been too. The patrons and the staf seem to compete with who can talk louder to each other. Patrons on the phone, staff just having a. All with each other. Not relaxing at all. I keep giving this place chance after chance... NEVER AGAIN!!!! ?

Under new management! Yes, again! Definitely much better than the last owner however, still lacking a bit in the customer service dept. (like for ex when the owner does my nails and keeps walking away to answer calls, take payment, etc...) Oh, I'll just sit here and wait until you're done, I don't have anywhere else to be today!
