I keep canceling a direct shipment and they keep sending and billing us for something we never ordered in the first place. I now have 12 50lb buckets of line cleaner for a 16 room facility.

I would just avoid their reps. Got a call from John G. today saying they were replying back to my request for pricing. (I have not asked for this and the trade show they said they were at I had no representatives attending). He was trying to talk side ways to get me to agree to have them ship their stuff to me. “We will get it to you and no payment till November, how does that sound.” I expressly told him I am not ordering this off a call. He wants to questions me well you can’t make the decision, you don’t do the ordering blah blah blah. Finally just told him he’s trying to get me to agree to a shipment and I’m not buying anything.
