We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. We left our dog for 6 days this time. We have used them in the past. What most impresses me is how they take care of diga by their individual personality. All week we got text messages, pictures, videos of our dog. As shy as our dog is she was able to adjust and got exactly what she needed. Felt she was safe and that she was cared for. That's all that mattered. I cannot be more thankful for the care they gave our dog Thai week. Staff is wonderful so was the owner.

we have a dog from the rescue there for a few days. His foster couldn't take him. I called Marc and Allison at 330 pm and they bent over backwards to help! They stayed late to help and get him settled in.This dog was very scared and not an easy dog! No one else would have done this!I am so very impressed that my own dogs will becoming there! This place and staff are 100% amazing and so knowledgeable! I can not thank them enough!
