We recently completed a full master bathroom renovation with Definitive, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. We were happy with the renovation and the process!
The project stayed largely on schedule and within budget. There were a few changes and enhancements along the way—as is typical with any renovation—but they handled those adjustments well. Pricing for changes felt fair and reasonable, and there was never a sense of being nickel-and-dimed. They were flexible when we wanted to tweak things, but also clear about implications so we could make informed decisions.
