He was promptly responsive to all our questions & concerns & he went out of his way to create our exterior renovations within our budget. His staff was professional & courteous.We spent many months working with various contractors prior to selecting Definitive Home Improvement and I’m pleased to say that we made the right choice. Frank and his amazing crew came in and did a complete redo of my family room and roof,after years of water issues.Over the years we’ve had two roof replacements and other contractors attempt to find and fix the leaks to no avail.We’ve had several severe weather events since the work was completed and I’m thrilled to say not a drop of water!!!Everyone I dealt with from Definitive Home Improvements was super nice and professional, would absolutely recommend!

We called Definitive Home Improvements, based on some recommendations we got to redo our bathroom. Michelle was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment with Frank to come give us an estimate. Our bathroom needed to be completely redone, in addition to the damaged floor underneath, move plumbing and add a window. He was professional, honest and helpful. Frank showed up when he said he would, did the work as promised and then some. His employees were all hardworking and polite, and they cleaned up after they finished up for the day. Our bathroom turned out better than I imagined, and he repaired everything perfectly! I will be using him again in the near future....read full review
