Just began my relationship with McHale for pest management July 2024, formerly Premier pest control….Initial experience with Amanda via phone was positive….friendly and professional in determining need and explaining procedures and contract……technology for detecting activity now included in service, but I am not sure of necessity as traps need to be inspected regularly anyway.
Technician Chris was also friendly and efficient, describing treatment and what to expect.
With service contract, company should schedule follow up visits as I had to call for follow up 2 months after startup. Hoping for optimal results as service... read full review

The JP McHale technicians are thorough, professional, and personable. Whatever issue they’re here to address it’s always taken care of, and they take the time to explain the actions taken. Jay and Robert are two of your technicians that have responded to my residence and have expertly resolved the pest issues!
