I had a mouse issue which was then quickly resolved! We could not find the mouse we saw in the kitchen, so I called JP McHale and they came to set up "smart" sensors which ended up locating where they were entering. We then had full treatment, followed by sealing the holes and hopefully no more mice will be getting in now!

We are very pleased with services we have had with JP McHale Pest Management. They are easy to get a hold of and scheduling a convenient appointment date and time. The service people are skilled and very informative. Dorry Silvey

Just began my relationship with McHale for pest management July 2024, formerly Premier pest control….Initial experience with Amanda via phone was positive….friendly and professional in determining need and explaining procedures and contract……technology for detecting activity now included in service, but I am not sure of necessity as traps need to be inspected regularly anyway.
Technician Chris was also friendly and efficient, describing treatment and what to expect.
With service contract, company should schedule follow up visits as I had to call for follow up 2 months after startup. Hoping for optimal results as service... read full review
