I would recommend Nancy Kennedy's team without hesitation. They helped us sell our mother's home in the fall of 2021. The services that they provided both directly and through contracted partners (e.g., trash removal, post-storm utility checks, final house cleaning) were great, especially since we weren't necessarily local. During a stressful time, they really did a tremendous job; plus, they got us a fair price (for a house that was in very rough shape) and were very transparent when it came to disclosing fees. Would use them again.
