During the recent cold snap, our furnace was failing and the temperature in the house was well below the target temp on our thermostat. I called and left a message at Kool Temp very early (6 am). To my amazement, Amber (not a call service from a foreign country....but an honest to goodness local employee) called me back before 7 am and had me on the emergency schedule for that morning. Keep in mind that I was not an existing customer at that time.

This company was fantastic! They offered a great price for installing central air, and the entire installation process was smooth and professional. The team worked efficiently, left no mess behind, and completed the project to a high standard. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about the great service I just had with Kool temp. I called this morning that my central air was not working. I was told they would have someone here between 11 and 1 today Sure enough Matt, their technician showed up. Extremely polite and super efficient. Checked everything and found problem. Fixed it in no time at all. A/c back working. Fantastic. Kool temp is definitely #1 in my book. Would highly recommend them to anyone . Thank you so much. Bob DiRuzzio.
