Brought my 9 year old daughter here for an orthodontist consultation. Waited for an hour before they told us they don’t see kids under 16. They blamed the new girl answering the phone. I was fully transparent what we were looking for when we called and it was obvious that she was 9 when we arrived.

You should absolutely run from this place. I had been going here for about a year (my hygienist Rachel was always lovely) before I started experiencing tooth pain and made an appointment to be seen. I had just been in 4 months prior for a cleaning (wasn’t even examined by a dentist because they were ‘having some changes and one wasn’t in’). I was seen that day by Dr. Froehlich who has to be the most condescending healthcare provider I’ve ever spoken to in my life. I was not expecting the news he so bluntly delivered to me — that I needed a root canal. Mind you, I take great care of my teeth, I’m 30 years old and have been going to the dentist every 6 months since I was 2 years old. I was upset receiving this news and worried about this procedure. Instead, you have Dr. Froehlich who was extremely condescending and RUDE who told me he ‘appreciated my drama’. He also gaslit me by telling me I was a ‘new patient’ and he ‘wasn’t sure about my prior care’. This is my first impression of him! Thank God I was able to get a second opinion and have this procedure done by a PROFESSIONAL.

I needed a crown on an upper tooth. The procedure for the temporary crown would fine. The problem came when the dentist put the permanent one in. It didn’t fit quite right So instead of reshaping the crown, he ground away a tooth below it, which was my $5000 implant and left a sharp edge on it. It hasn’t felt right since

This was the worst experience EVER. I went to the Coxsackie office on Feb 4th 2026 because I was in Pain with a molar tooth. They did a consultation with dental x rays and said the tooth needed to be pulled but could not do it there, Made an appointment with the Hudson office for the 13th of Feb 2026 for tooth extraction. I got to the office on time and was told there was no dentist there. Then I was told I was not on the book for today and I would have to make another appointment with the dentist for the same consultation then he would determine if and when he could do it. In the mean time it has been hurting me for three weeks and they don't care. Run around run around just to make more money because I don't have insurance I pay cash. STAY AWAY

they bill more than what they are contracted for. when your insurance pays they decide it's not enough (even though they are in network and agreed to the fee schedule to lure patients in) and make patients pay over their legal patient responsibility.
fun fact- not only have i heard the same story from multiple people in the community they also deleted my previous review about this.
know your insurance. know your rights. dont get ripped off by a slimy dentist because they are in network with your insurance.

Had such a great experience! Im not from this area and I was struggling to find a dentist that took my insurance. I was recommended by a friend and for someone who is terrified of the dentist this place made me feel so comfortable! I needed work done specifically to the front of my teeth before my wedding and they were prompt to get me right in and help me out while setting up a plan for my future appointments! Highly recommend
