there was only 1 person working when i went and there was nobody to dry the car so i pretty much paid for half of a wash because i had spots all over my car from the water droplets. The young man that was washing the car did the best he could but he definitely needed some help there is no way he could do it all.

On March 6th I took my car to get washed in the machine and it came out with many areas on the back and the front of the car that did not get washed well. When i arrived at my destination a few minutes later there was a lot of white haze like when the dirty snow dries up on a car. Those areas looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The day was cold but the roads were dry. I noticed that when my car came out of the wash, there was only one guy that was waiting for me and he told me to move up and he did some quick wipe on the car and it wasn't very thorough and then he signaled me to leave. I paid for the full package and by the time I was done, my car wasn't clean. All of their vacuums are also out of order, and they advertise free vacuum with the car wash. Ok in a pinch, but not good for thoroughness. I wouldn't recommend getting the full package if you do go here, I'm not even sure what it did that was extra.
