Seven Valley Dental is the best dental office in central New York. I have been to many dentists in my life, and they are the best. The dentists are caring and always concerned about your well being. They have modern equipment. The dentists are very, very good at what they do. And I can't say enough about the office staff...they are all very friendly and helpful, and when you have a problem, whether it concerns a bill or a tooth emergency, they treat you like you are the only patient they have. Don't hesitate to make an appointment - you'll thank yourself.
I hadn't been to a dentist in many, many years. They made me feel very comfortable right from the start. They weren't judgemental for my not having been to a dentist in so long. They set up a plan to get me back on track. They are a wonderful team. They are very courtious and kind. Painless dentistry!
It was a beautiful and very clean reception area.I was greeted by a very pleasant bunch of ladies. They were so easy to chat with. This was the first time I saw Dr. Matthew Whipple. He greeted me by name He was so kind and very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with him. Also, his Assistant Ashley was very kind too and explained everything that was going on. I would recommend him to everyone that doesn't have a dentist. A Very warm place. Thank you to all the staff. Giovanna
