Tadd knew what was wrong immediately and after parts were received he fixed our dishwasher fast! He explained everything he was doing and gave us pointers on avoiding problems in the future. He was very careful not to make a mess. He dealt competently with the company on the phone when a payment problem arose. I would love to have him back anytime I need any repairs! Very knowledgeable technician. He came out once before about 1-2 months ago to assess my stove top. Something happened between Sears and American home warranty service. He had to come back to reassess. He remembered what was wrong and spent 1/2 hr or longer on the phone trying to get the problem resolved. So glad he came and spent the time to ensure my problem was handled correctly

He quickly diagnosed the freezer problem, and gathered all information needed to plan the repair. He answered all my questions, and was a nice person to deal with. Since warranty repair was not authorized, as it was too costly, he explained how the warranty buyout process works.
