Big shout out to this establishment that not only orchestrated a miracle to help my very sick dog——- but also 100% took my emergency call with compassion and care. Thank you so much to the staff. Their partnership with the SOS outreach program are Heaven sent. 10/10 on going above and beyond for the surrounding communities.
All of the staff were amazing! Come to find out if I hadn't brought my fur baby in she would've passed away. She went in to be spayed and had a condition that only a spay surgery would have cured. The staff asked if I wanted to see what happened during her surgery and explained everything from start to finish thoroughly. I am so grateful for CNY SNAP. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to have their pets spayed or neutered. 10 out of 10 service. They treated both of my fur girls like they were their own. SO SO GRATEFUL!!
I have two adopted kitties from this location and love the two of them. They rely heavily on donations and volunteers. If you are looking for a cat, please check them out on their Facebook page and come meet their cats in person. They all deserve a wonderful and safe home
