Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Bacque is our favorite. She performed surgery on my old dog and she came through like a champ. They called to keep me updated on the surgery and to check on her recovery. So thankful for them!

I’ve been going to this vet for 2 years now. They are very quick to getting you an appointment and are helpful with working around your schedule. The waiting room is always very quiet and the greeting staff are very nice. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes before getting into a room, both vets and vet techs are very gentle with my cats (they’re both skittish when it comes to these visits). They always ask if I have any concerns and explain anything that’s going on. This past time I took one of my cats for a rabies vaccine and a normal exam and the vet said he looks very healthy and I’m doing a great job. Dr. Frederick is so helpful and willing to get to the bottom of your pet's issues. The Crossroads team is always so helpful and I know that my pets are in good hands!Update: we just had an evening no pet owner wants to have, we had to help our sweet baby girl pass on peacefully. I cannot thank Dr. Frederick enough for his kindness and compassion helping us through this evening. This was the worst day we could have, thank you for being there with us and for us, thank you for helping our sweet girl.
