Based on our Realtor's advice, we had Steve inspect both the house we bought, and the house we are selling. I am very happy with the process and the results. We learned critical things about both properties, and I feel that the completed repairs will be an important selling tool for our old house.
Steve did a great job with our home inspection. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative during the whole process. He identified key issues I would have never even thought about and even followed up after closing to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns! You can tell this guy knows his stuff and cares about his clients - 10/10 would recommend.
