Staff is great, billing?! Nope! First, I got a bill for over $1,000 for my surgery even though I have medical insurance. I had to call and have that corrected. Now, I come home to a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating that I owe $100+. Again! I HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE!!!! I will not be coming here ever again! I will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know that goes there! I have a clean credit history with 0 debts and now this?! Really?! And of course they're closed now so I have to wait to get in touch with billing tomorrow. So disappointed with St Luke's.
Very clean hospital ppl r very well manner I go to the Ophthalmologists , PT , and out patient . The doctors and nurses are fabulous, never had a bad experience. Thank you first responders on the front line especially now with the virus .
Excellent experience at St Luke's Sleep Clinic. The facility is showing its age, but our room was clean and adequate for our needs. The best part of the whole experience was our nurse - Tom. What a brilliant character! He was efficient, knowledgeable and he dismissed any anxiety or fear with humor and kindness. Thank you!
