I cannot express how happy I am with this company. Dave was amazing as well as all the staff. If you are looking for an invisible fence don’t go anywhere else! If you have a different system and are tired of paying a crazy amount for replacement batteries or other supplies…this is your place as well!! Thank you so much Hudson Valley DogWatch!!
Hello everyone,
Kathy & I , have had the privilege of having our system since 2010. DogWatch Dave and his team did an amazing job on our acre. Since then , we’ve had no issues with our system. Regular maintenance of collars and batteries is expected. Once we had to have them come over after having some work being done on the property to find and fix a broken line and they responded very quickly. In addition Dave left us with extra wiring , caps & silicone at no additional cost. The entire team from office personnel to field techs are very polite, experienced & friendly. We love DogWatch! They’re always friendly on the phone, quick to send someone out and they always arrive in a timely manner. We were skeptical about an invisible fence but it has worked out really well. Training was also great! Highly recommend ⭐️
