Underground fence installed years ago. Has been Great for the last 4 dogs that have lived in our house. We recently got a puppy who is smaller than the other dogs who needed a smaller collar. It is Awesome you can just buy a collar and transfer the old device from the bigger collar. They were fast to response to email and get the collar shipped. Thank you so much.
Dave is professional, courteous, on time, friendly, and helpful. Tippy is awesome too! Great customer service. We needed a reconnect after our underground wire was disconnected when we had tree stomps removed. Dave did the original installation a few years ago.
