John and Vinnie were great to work with. They completely understood our vision for the backyard and executed it perfectly. We initially hired them just for a patio and fire pit seating area. However, after we explained some of the drainage issues we’d been having, they suggested redoing our pathway to the basement door to install a drain and burying our gutter downspouts to the back of the yard. We ended up adding that to the project, and we are so glad we did! After the trenching, they regraded the entire yard and it looks incredible. These guys don't mess around around. They got us on the schedule quickly and got a walkway, driveway and a new lawn prepped and seeded in great time. Lots of skilled manpower on site. This project would have taken us a month to schedule three separate contractors. Good communication and good cleanup when the job was done too.

I'm really pleased with the way my patio turned out. All 4 men who worked on the site were knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. Everyone was able to address details I had questions about. There were things I had no idea would be part of my project ( repainting of siding to match house, rerouting of electric lines, repair of a leaky gutter, reseeding yard where machinery had torn up my grass) that were all taken care of. I was not left with a mess. I had 1 minor complaint - that an electrical box seemed out of place - and John Speranza had it moved within a day. I am so glad I went w Speranza, and I am happy to give them 5 stars.
