I have never enjoyed a visit to the dentist so much! I really liked my previous dentist, but moving out of state made it too challenging to keep up on my visits. Corning Bright Dental takes my insurance (CSEA), so I figured I’d give it a shot and try to catch up on my oral health, and I couldn’t have made a better choice.
Stacy, my hygienist, was so kind and reassuring with me. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and at no point did I feel rushed or hurried through the process. I have been going to Dr. Zeng’s office for about a year now, and I’ve had a great experience. The entire team is professional and has treated me with respect from day one. I haven’t had any issues with the dental work so far, and the quality of care has been consistent.
While they do have a $75 cancellation fee, it is honestly understandable given that they have limited spots available for appointments. I really appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend this office to others.
Overall a good experience! The hygienist even remembered that I appreciate some gum numbing gel for the scrapey part of the cleaning, and had it all ready when I got there:) Overall a great visit!
