We bought a new home 2 weeks ago with the intent to update/replace the furnace with our taxes this year. However, before we could get there it kicked the bucket. Jon came out last night around 6:30 and was able to immediately identify the problem. He was able to install a new furnace today, so thats the option we went with. He helped us get heat to circulate by running a fan down a register and helped us get two space heaters for the night. We slept comfortably last night in warm bedrooms. Austin and him came out today and voila! We have heat, an updated furnace, and are so very grateful to them both. 10/10 recommend. You never know you need a new furnace until you need one and then it's usually when the frigid winter temps hit?. Well Chemung heating came to the rescue once again. We've used their service for years (furnace and central air) and I couldn't be happier. They area a very responsive, knowledgeable and personable service to our community and the bang for your buck isn't bad either. So glad I called them.
John and Austin were very knowledgeable and professional at their jobs. They did an awesome work installing my propane heaters at two properties. They kept timely communication and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them. Thanks you both!
