To start off I wanted to say that Kevin and Sean are two of the absolutely best and most amazing people out there. They turned a horrible situation into a manageable and stress free situation. For some background of what happened to my husband and I before they came in. We had a leak that started in our upstairs bathroom that went to our kitchen to our basement. This was going into memorial day weekend. A friend recommended Belfor to come originally- what a HUGE MISTAKE that turned out to be. My husband was at work the first time they came and took the time to tell me how wrong we were in taking the water damaged ceiling down and when they came back to pick up their equipment said it was a waste to go through insurance because we would not get anything. Fast forward to a week ago we now have mold in our house and that's when our home insurance agent recommended SERVPRO. When Kevin first came in from SERVPRO he was upfront, honest, and took all our concerns and answered everything. He found water damage in our bathroom downstairs and the other side of our basement and said he needed to send in mold specialists to mitigate the situation. Kevin even made sure he was there when our insurance adjustor came! Kevin brought in Sean whose crew the whole time was nothing short of amazing and respectful to us and our home. We have a German Sheppard puppy and they all were amazing with him and made sure everything was safe and clean. Sean kept us constantly updated and comfortable the whole time they were in our house which was 4 days because they had to fix Belfor's mistake. If something goes wrong in your house the two names you want to see and hear coming to help you are Kevin and Sean. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease with strangers in my home than when they came. These two gentlemen are truly gifted in what they do and I am so thankful to have them in my corner. I will be recommending them to everyone I know as their work etiquette and respect far exceeds any company I have ever worked with.
