Being a nurse I have turned to western medicine for all my medical needs, 2 autoimmune diseases, no energy , significant weight gain from prescribed meds and pain levels increasingly hard to keep up with I have had enough! One visit to Diane, her combining healing modalities for my treatment and I see a vast improvement. Again people ONE visit!! Did one visit heal all my ailments, let’s be realistic here, of course not. “Modern Roots Acupuncture is completely amazing. I have Crohn's disease and had tried both traditional and non traditional methods of handling my symptoms. After working with Rory, my symptoms are100% manageable and I no longer have any bleeding. I'm not sure that statement sounds as impactful as it teally is. I have struggled on and off with my crohn's disease for almost 2 decades. And with crohn's disease comes a lot of anxiety which Rory also has managed very effectively. Add to that I also suffer from low back pain and shoulder pain. And again Rory has worked miracles. His technique with both acupuncture and cupping are fantastic. He goes over any new or old symptoms with me each week when I go in for a session, and unlike with many other treatment centers, I never feel rushed. At Modern Roots acupuncture, we are treated as part of their wellness family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!“

“I have more experience with Kerith's life coaching than with the acupuncture, although I believe that the initial acupuncture grounded me enough to take action on her suggestions. I had put my life on hold for over 5 decades and Kerith helped me to see that almost all of my reactions and mindsets were actually due to being codependent. Once I got my mind around that I then started thinking about long range planning. Kerith said another sign of codependence is waiting for something to happen or change before taking action. Wow!
